I have sensitive ears, can I use your earrings?

For all our earrings, we use accessories of Hypoallergenic surgical steel , which is suitable for most people with sensitive ears. However, some of our products may contain traces of nickel. If you have a known allergy to nickel, we recommend that you contact us before making your purchase. We will be happy to help you find a safe and suitable option for you.


Do you wrap gifts?

Of course! Each pair of earrings comes wrapped in a Beautiful printed cardboard box , ready to give as a gift. If you would like to include a personalized message, you can add it in the notes section during the purchase process. We will write your message by hand on one of our cards to give it a special touch.


What are your earrings made of?

We use a variety of high quality materials, but our favorite is the Genuine leather . We also work with other materials depending on the design. If you have any questions about the materials of a particular product, please do not hesitate to ask us.


Can I order custom earrings?

Yes, of course! If you love one of our designs but would prefer a different color scheme, please contact us via our contact page. We'd be happy to create something unique for you. Please note that custom orders may require additional production time.


Do you ship internationally?

Our shipping area includes the entire EU and UK. All our packages include follow-up so that you can be aware of your order at all times. However, we recommend that you check the Customs fees and import taxes from your country, as these additional charges are not included in the shipping price and are the buyer's responsibility.


Do you accept returns, exchanges or refunds?

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, We do not accept returns or offer refunds . However, if you have any problems with your order or any concerns, please feel free to contact us. We are here to help you and make sure you are happy with your purchase.


How long does an order take?

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within a period of 1 to 5 business days , although this time may vary during periods of high demand or if it is a custom order. We will keep you informed about the status of your order at all times.


Can I change the findings, hooks or rings?

Of course! If you prefer a different type of hook, ring or fitting, simply leave a note during checkout or contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to adapt the design to your preferences.
